Its Customer's responsibility to show up on time at the scheduled time and to inform Cyber Tourniquet for cancellation or delay of any of the service a minimum of two (2) hours prior to an appointment to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cyber Tourniquet will make a confirmation call 1 hour ahead from the appointment. If Cyber Tourniquet didn't get the answer, appointment will be automatically cancelled.
